A subsidiary of Polish e-commerce platform Allegro filed a lawsuit on Monday in opposition to Google proprietor Alphabet, Google Eire and Google LLC, in search of PLN2.33 billion ($567.60 million) in damages, Allegro stated in a press release.
“Our Shopping remedy has been working successfully for several years and we continue to invest in formats that support brands, retailers and comparison shopping sites of all sizes across Poland and Europe,” the assertion stated.
