With its modern, curvilinear façade rising above town’s skyline, the shop attracts inspiration from Bangkok’s wealthy cultural heritage. The facade is characterised by lacquered champagne-colored panels harking back to bamboo stems, which filter shifting daylight into the house.
Inside, the two-story boutique welcomes guests with the signature Hermès Faubourg mosaic entrance flooring in gentle caramel and cream tones. The bottom flooring showcases magnificence, fragrances, and girls’s silks in a central curved nook, alongside vogue jewellery, equestrian items, house collections, and a leather-based items space.
A terracotta terrazzo staircase results in the primary flooring, the place ladies’s and males’s ready-to-wear collections take heart stage, together with Males’s silk. The shoe universe is displayed towards daring graphic rugs that face the jewellery and watches salon.
Designed by Parisian structure agency RDAI, the renovated retailer provides a peaceful and immersive procuring expertise. Wooden screens, domestically crafted carpets, and a shimmering colour palette create a harmonious move, mixing Hermès’ hallmark particulars.
Finishing the house is art work together with galloping horse sculptures by French artist Marie Christophe, summary geometric illustrations by Cécile Baillot-Jourdan, and black-and-white images by Tadzio.
The renovated boutique is one in all three Hermès places in Bangkok.
