“We are willing to change alongside our associates and customers who represent all of America,” the spokesperson stated.
The world’s largest retailer will now be a part of the likes of Starbucks, JPMorgan Chase and Ford which have modified their DEI insurance policies during the last 12 months in response to strain from conservatives.
Walmart’s transfer follows a submit on X from conservative activist Robby Starbuck, who disclosed the DEI coverage modifications at Walmart earlier than the Bloomberg report.
Starbuck stated that he had written to Walmart final week about “doing a story on wokeness there,” however ended up having productive talks on DEI with the retailer as an alternative.
